Paul Warnett’s calm demeanor is befitting of his vast experience as a personal injury lawyer and trial lawyer representing clients before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia. Paul attended Simon Fraser University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then went to the University of British Columbia where he obtained his law degree before being called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2001. His professional accreditations include: Member of the Law Society of British Columbia, Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the Vancouver Bar Association. He has lectured on trial preparation in Provincial Court and on Damages in Personal Injury for the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC.

Manjot S. Hallen

Manjot S. Hallen is an active member of various legal associations and takes the time to pass on his extensive knowledge of the law by presenting at conferences and educational institutions. Manjot also uses his position in the legal community to actively champion causes close to his heart, such as eradicating distracted driving and Alzheimer’s disease.

In addition to his many contributions to the law, Manjot is involved in the Liberal Party of Canada. Over the last 17 years, he has been the Nominations Chair, Organization Chair, and Vice President of Liberal Party of Canada (BC), and in March 2016 he was honoured to be the first Indo-Canadian elected as the President of the Liberal Party of Canada in British Columbia.

Manjot was awarded the Outstanding Student Entrance Scholarship at University of British Columbia where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2001. He then graduated from Queen’s University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Law. At Queen’s, Manjot also received the Newton Rowell Entrance Scholarship, which is awarded to students who demonstrate academic excellence and a commitment to public service. Manjot also worked in public service assisting several federal cabinet ministers before being called to the bar in 2005 and working for a number of reputable and high profile Vancouver law firms.

Manjot is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and the South Asian Bar Association (BC). He has also presented at the Trial Lawyers Association of BC’s Soft Tissue Injury Conference as well as various Continuing Legal Education seminars and has also made presentations to the medical community.
