Paul Warnett’s calm disposition is befitting of his vast experience as a personal injury and trial lawyer. Throughout his career, Paul has represented clients before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia as well as the Court of Appeal of British Columbia.
From slip and falls and car accident claims to dental malpractice, wrongful death, and airline injuries, Paul expertly navigates insurance companies to ensure the best outcomes for his clients.
He has lectured on trial preparation in Provincial Court and on Damages in Personal Injury for the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC. Paul has also volunteered his time as a legal reviewer for the People’s Law School.
Paul is an avid sports fan. When not in the office, you can often find him watching the Blue Jays or consoling himself following another Canucks defeat.
He lives in Vancouver with his wife, two children, and their Aussie Bernedoodle named Tilly. His children love to ride horses and Paul has consequently learned more about horses than he ever intended.
