Paul Warnett’s calm demeanour is befitting of his vast experience as a personal injury lawyer and trial lawyer representing clients before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia. From general injuries to slip and falls to his interest in catastrophic claims including both brain and spinal injuries, Paul expertly navigates insurance companies and the legal labyrinth of ICBC to ensure the best outcomes for his clients. Paul was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2001. His professional accreditations include: Member of the Law Society of British Columbia, Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the Vancouver Bar Association. He has lectured on trial preparation in Provincial Court and on Damages in Personal Injury for the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC. Paul has also volunteered his time as a legal reviewer for the People’s Law School. When not running on behalf of clients, Paul runs for fitness. He also enjoys gardening and playing golf, albeit poorly. However, don’t mistake Paul for his body-double — his identical twin brother — who’s also a lawyer. Reportedly, Paul is the better-looking one. Paul lives in Vancouver and is married with two children.
